1953 MG TD BRG/biscuit - $15,900 OBO - Older partial restoration w/new paint, leather interior, top, wiring, clutch, front suspension, body rubber. some chrome (bumpers, tail lights), still some patina. decent driver. Contact waynag@embarqmail.com with questions.

1961 MGA Roadster - Considering offers above $10,000 - Mostly restored, runs and has the following new parts among others - Grille, bumpers and guards, wood steering wheel, wood dash, top, leather interior, trunk emblems and plate light, muffler and pipe, wire wheels, tires, etc. It needs some completion and adjustment. 1970 MGB - $13,000 - This car is in excellent condition. I have owned it for 12 or so years and driven it about 3000 miles in that time. It has been professionally painted and extensively renovated with many, many parts replaced. It starts and runs perfectly. It leaks little to no oil, front or back, never smokes, and needs no topping up between regular oil changes. Oil pressure at speed is 55-60 lbs. I have never driven it on wet pavement. Both rocker panels have been replaced, as well as the front and rear quarter panels on both sides. The car is now essentially rust free. The chrome bumpers are original and in good condition. 1970 MGB - asking $12,000 obo, British Racing Green with working overdrive transmission. 5 painted wire wheels with new tires. Nice paint with a few blemishes. No rust, floor boards have been professionally replaced. Glass and chrome is all very good. Black interior is good as well. Could use new carpet and top dash pad has a crack and should be replaced. New door panels installed. New battery and clutch slave cylinder. All fluids replaced 2 months ago. Carbs have been rebuilt. Starts easily and runs as it should. 1972 MGB roadster project - $2500 obo - Non-rolling chassis w/ engine and trans still in. Have a hard top,(cracked), bows for soft top, seats, limited edition wheels w/ tires. Running gear out of car. Have most of old parts and loads of new stuff. NEW floor pans, trunk pan, new wiring harness, gas tank, fuel pump, WEBER carb w/ intake, rebuilt front shocks, conversion kit for rear, coil springs for front, rear leaf, king pin set, spring mounts, control arms, complete bushing kit, brake kit, master cyl., clutch slave cyl.  Have most of original parts, bumpers, grill, SU carbs, etc. Also have extra used transmission. 1972 MGB V8 conversion - about 60% finished with a Ford 302 with roller cam, Edlebrock 4bbl, MSD ignition, 8.8 rear end 3.27 from a '99 Mustang posi, T5 trans from a 90s Cobra Mustang, complete custom front crossmember from Fast Cars Inc. (billet steering rack, Willwood brakes, bolt on), 4 link rear suspension, 2 sets of wheels. Cherry red (not original color). Convertible top is in good condition, new gauges, currently has Miata seats in it. Also have complete new wire harness for it, Fiero seats with new covers and multiple extra parts. It ran and drove quite well but it has been in storage since 2017 and fuel pump is locked up. MG Nuts - I have a significant supply (about 2000 ea) of fine thread 5/16x24 grade 8 zinc plated nuts, and will have yellow zinc in about a week. Both are compatible with existing grade 5 bolts and studs. I can sell them in bags of 100 for $12  (100= ~500 grams/1.1 pounds) which is significantly cheaper than Moss catalog  ($0.29 ea) or the Big Box stores prepackaged retailing at 2 for $1.59 for grade 8 and $0.31 ea for grade 5 rough galvanized.  I will also be getting  1/4" fine and 3/8" fine nuts in the near future with similar qualities and savings.  Contact Mark Childers at email ifixmgs@gmail.com.

Tech Tip

Dust Cap Removal for Wire Wheel Hubs: If you don’t have the special tool or the threaded nipple is chewed up, use regular pliers and secure them with vice grips, then wiggle the dust cap out.
